used a Dewalt 140W inverter to plug in my Mac laptop to the center console 12v port. It worked fine for about 20 mins.
Thought I smelled a little bit of off gas or heating smell after a bit. then noticed the charging light on the laptop was out.

I tried all outlets and even bought a 2nd inverter (175w) which also didn’t work in any of the outlets. I checked the fuse in the 140w plug and it looks fine.
Is it possible the fuse for the front, center, and rear 12v DC outlets went out at once?

should I just take this in to the dealership? Is there a quick fix? I’m not super experienced with Subaru this is my first one.

All the 12v outlets run off a single fuse in the interior fuse box, check that one, when i got my '19, all the 12v outlets were dead, replacing that fuse with a spare in the engine compartment fuse box fixed it. Was not impressed with that, so I don't run anything more than small items like an inflator or car vac in mine.
