Parked in my garage, the vehicle recognizes both of my router bands and has the correct names. ( My Ipad will boot up and work with either band when standing at the most remote point in the garage ). But when I attempt to connect with either band, 1) it does not present a screen asking for the PW, and 2) it will not connect, even if I go back and start from scratch using the add a new connection button, which then provides a cue for entering a PW. I do have the latest basic software release in the vehicle.

Thanks for the response jmw15. It looks like they certainly planned to do it-why else put all the software partially in place. Anyone know the wi-fi status on other 2019 Subaru models?

That is the same version in my week old Touring and though my car recognizes both frequencies coming from the router, it will not connect.
