2019 Rear seat folding from the trunk area - can I install myself, kit?

So I was disappointed to discover the 2019 Limited I bought did not come with this option but the cutouts for the handles are there in the trunk.

I was wondering is this is something I can install myself. Is there a kit from Subaru? Anyone done it before? Maybe it's similar to the previous model and can be done.
