Model: 2019 Forester Touring. Anyone know of a way to turn off the driver dashboard & secondary info dash lighting with the engine running but head-lights set to off? To help with car camping at night with a/c on but don't want the bright lighting from the instrument panel. The brightness adjustment button by the steering or the one in the Nav screen options doesn't seem to have an effect in this case.

Some people call it car camping. Other people call it sleeping in a Walmart parking lot to avoid paying for a motel.

I sure wouldn't want to be camping anywhere near a car that was running its engine all night. Subarus are not zero-emission vehicles, nor are they silent.
