Been having an intermittent issue with my 2019 Forester Touring. The GPS will cut out for days at a time. Anyone experience this? I'd like to check the antenna connection, but do not know where the antenna is. Online searches gave me a part number, but no location. Ideas? Thanks!

All vehicles have shark fin on roof just forward of tail gate.

Ah, I was not sure if that was the radio or GPS antenna. The component I found, PN 86277FL100, likely fits under the shark fin. Not going to disassemble on a new vehicle. I figured I could quickly check for a loose connection. Thank you.

I haven't seen how the Touring model radios work, but many times it's a software issue with the head unit. Have you tried restarting your head unit?

My new CRV would lose GPS signal now and then and the underlying Android software hates it.

I will have to try this. Is restarting simply turning it off and then on?
