Greetings -

I have a 2018 XT Touring with EyeSight. I could have sworn that the DRL's extinguish when the turn signal is activated when the car was new, they now stay lit. Dealer says they don't, the owner's manual says yes. Any other 2018 XT owners out there that can advise if their DRL's extinguish?

Thanks in advance!

Newp, they don't turn off on my '17, I'll check the '18 when I get home, but I would think it would be the same as the '17.

I think the logic? behind this is that the halogen headlight turns off because it's so bright that it could overpower the directional, but things are different with LED headlights.

Alternate explanation: It's a Subaru thing.
