I have 2018 Subaru Forester Premium and the AC is not blowing air from front vents. when i start the Heater or AC the fan blows and can hear the sound. Only the front AC vents not blowing air. The air from front windshield or from the downside of dashboard is blowing.
The cabin air filter is clean. what could be the reason ??

Already checked and the all vents are turned on, cabin filter is clean. Air is blowing towards windshield means blowing motor is working. Even i don't use defrost setting then also there is no air coming.
