I have these badges and want to put them on the sides of my front fenders, which are 3m’d.

The badges are almost like an acrylic or this plastic. They flex but are somewhat rigid.

I’m worried about the adhesion on the back...it’s a sticker like adhesion that coats the entire back.

My question is do you know of a thin double sided tape that is strong and durable ... for elements etc? What would you do?

I like these a lot and they are somewhat hard to get.

some 3M outdoor mounting tape will do, that's what more people use to secure front lips / side molding etc.

Exactly what @bbun said. The cool thing about double side tape is that it holds in cold weather and suctions in hot weather. It will not come off at all. That's what manufacturers use for their emblems as well.
