I just purchased a 2018 Forester with 11,000 miles. At 65mph and higher the steering will sporadically be unpredictable, either loose and unresponsive or trying to steer on its own. This lasts for 1-2 seconds at a time, then steering resumes normally until the next episode which usually comes within minutes. The best way to describe it is that it feels like the vehicle is hydroplaning for just a second or so. I've had tires and alignment checked. All good. Any suggestions?
