17 Forester. First owner installed metal logo valve stem caps. Unfortunately they are now stuck on the stem. Pliers wont work, afraid to rip off the stem and be stuck. Any ideas how to get these off???

Thanks in advance.

Thanks all, tried wd40 with no luck. They are stuck good.
Will I need tpms as well if I cave and take it to a tire place?

Thanks all! Tried the pb blaster just now. Maybe it needs to seep in overnight? Gonna try the dermal tomorrow. Hopefully don't leave them flat and need a tow 😂

Thanks all, tried all the suggestions, could not get them off. Brought to Town Fair and they fixed for $26. Appreciate all the help.

Great to hear, but of course have to ask, how did they do it?
Couldn’t see up close but was watching from the camera in the shop. They did pull all four tires off, assuming they replaced all the stems. Thankfully the tpms were all ok but they said a lug nut was stuck? Said it was common on Subarus and Mazdas. Need to get that fixed now.
