Hey Guys,

I haven't posted here yet, but Im hoping you all may be able to help?

My 2016 XT (87K miles) has developed a bit of a clicking noise under heavy acceleration coming from the motor. It happens when the turbo is at higher boost levels only... I had it with my mechanic today who specializes in Subarus, but mainly works on the slightly older stuff... He thinks it may be wastegate flutter... Thoughts?

If it would be best to replace the turbo, any thoughts? I'd potentially be interested in a slight upgrade, but wouldn't really want big power or anything too crazy. Really I'd be interested in a direct drop in replacement. I'd also potentially be interested in a Cobb Accessport if necessary and maybe even an intake, but that'd be about it.

Open to any suggestions, and thoughts. Thanks!
