I want to make my own HDPE lift as it would be considerably cheaper than purchasing a pre built one, and I am curious if anyone has attempted this/already has a diagram or dimensions drawn up of the struts. Any suggestions for DIY HDPE lifts would be appreciated as well!

@fozneuvo13 a plastic lift kit sounds like a great way to get stranded on the trail. never heard of this. Why not use aluminum blocks?

@jdac85 I have no access to aluminum blocks or a machine shop. HDPE is pretty resilient, ADF sells 1 in lift kits made out of HDPE. I'm just pretty broke at the moment but want to make some progress 🤷‍♂️
