Probably to YouTube. I removed mine wo bumper removal. Just clips and Phillips screws as I recall.

How difficult is it to remove the grille of a 2016 Forester.?

I have removed my ‘15 grille many times. It is all clips and four small Phillips head screws. The worst part is they are on the very bottom edge (inside) difficult to see - two require a very short shafted screw driver to access, and not too easy for big hands. Do not attempt to remove the grille in cold weather (as I did) as the clips are fairly fragile...

The small Phillips are hard to get at and can be lost. The bumper cover comes off and on easy enough but you have to get all the clips out or risk damaging the clip holes on the bumper cover.
