Hi!

I would like to ask if anyone has this problem? My 2016 forester backup / reverse light is not working. It started when I replaced the reverse light with a LED light.

Welcome.
Chances are you blew the fuse. Have you checked your fuses? I would ditch that led light brand and either go with a better brand or something else besides that brand .

+1 for the suggestion of a blown fuse.

I've used LED bulbs in my Forester for ... well for just about as long as I've owned it (8+ years now?) and never have I had an issue with the camera not working because of a bulb, not even the cheapo "buy a dozen for a buck" from overseas.

I installed LED backup lights in my 2001 Forester. This caused issues for my after market backup camera and some other issue that I cannot remember. Fixed the issue by installing resister associated with 1 of 2 LED backup lights and problem went away.
