2015 XT autodimming mirror - power light doesn't turn on?

Hey all, it looks like my auto dimming mirror isn't working. I don't see a compass, it doesn't dim, and the power light doesn't turn on. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Welcome, @notrufus !

Make sure the dimming function and compass are turned on before you try anything else. Assuming we have the same owner's manual, read pp. 3-97ff. for instructions.
