I'm looking to tap into the wire for fuse 13 from the interior fuse box (Accessory power outlet (center console)). I see all the wires coming out from behind the fuse box. Can anyone tell me what color the wire for this circuit is?

Why not just use one of those fuse taps that would go into the fuse box and pull the power that way? Another option would be to look and see what wire kit is in/under the center console to the rear area - where you can add the optional power outlet....

Along these lines, has anybody added this accessory? Is it worhwhile?
