Looking for rear rotors for '15 Forester LTD and two diameters are coming up, 273 mm an 286 mm. Never heard of that before so what's the appropriate size?

@Snap That's the diameter in mm. So just measure the ones on your vehicle now. The existing diameter might be stamped onto the existing rotor as well.

@bman400 Right, diameter is what I wrote. I hoped to get the rotors without pulling a wheel off.

If it was me, I would buy the 273 mm ones. But if possible, can you buy both and return the other set? Possible you can measure just the radius and the 2x that for the diameter? 273/274 mm rotor vs 286 mm rotor diameter is nearly 1". you potentially could rig something up, take the rear wheels off a get a close enough measurement of the radius.

Try shopping by the VIN on a Subaru dealer web site. That will give the correct part # that you can deduce the diameter from.
