Anyone know if 225/60 R17 tires on a 17X7 +35 mm offset wheel (These ones specifically: MOMO Next in Matte Anthracite - Canadian Tire) will fit on a 2014 XT?

Tire Size Calculator indicates a 0.51 inch outset difference (Tire Size Calculator | Compare tires and wheels)

I'm assuming what I have to worry about is whether the tire will rub with the fenders in this case?
