Went to mysubaru to schedule my 60k maintance and all but three of my service records are gone. Wish I would have kept better records NOT on mysubaru - in a spreadsheet or something. Did they push an update or something?

I'm old school and never trust software programs. Keep all receipts, etc. I even keep the cardboard container filters come in and mark them as to mileage date etc.

I really don't worry about receipts. I put the date and the service I did. Never had a problem. Subaru or any Car company does not specify what documentation is required. That's just me. But I have lately just taken the flap off my filter box and put the date and mileage on it.

Service records should still be in the dealers computers.

I know this is a little dated but MySubaru ios ( I am running 13.3 beta) has been updated real clean and service records do show up. Not sure but I would imagine the Android app is updated.
