Depends on what you mean by top hat. If you mean the rubber mount at the very top that bolts to the car, then yes those transfer. However you'll need the WRX spring seats. This (http://www.subaruforester.org/vbulletin/f70/wrx-suspension-swap-writeup-127829/) should be fairly close to what you're doing. At least the strut / spring parts; most don't worry about the control arms and such.
