I have a 2012 Forester Premium with Tom Tom navigation. When I make a phone call with the blue tooth the person on the other end has no problem hearing me but I cannot hear them. The audio is low even when the car is stopped and I cannot figure out how to turn it up. The volume knob on the radio does not help.

Any suggestions? Thank You

I've got the same problem on my 2014 Forester
