2012 - 2013 STi into 2012 FXT Seat swap?

Ok so heres the deal. I got a deal I couldnt say no to for some black leather heated STI seats from a 2013 STi into my 2012 FXT Touring. Today I swapped the the drivers seat in, and plugged everything together and it seems good other than I need a new plug since he cut the plug end off to reuse. My question is what do I need to do for the passengers seat to function properly ? Im seeing some posts saying I just need to swap the sensor, and some saying I need to change the weight bladder in it. Do I just need something like this ? or do I need the actual bladder ? I want to make the seats/air bags etc all function properly. Thanks.
