Should be back near the rear bumper. With the car outside and pointed up-hill, pour some water in the moon-roof gap.

The drain tubes go down into the A and C pillars. The pillars do not emerge into the wheel wells, and so it is likely the tubes cannot exit the vehicle, but instead run down inside the pillars into the rocker panels. Then you would see water dripping from the drain slots in those panels, rather than from visible tubes.... Where does the sunroof drain come out? The rear drains. Have the rear passenger wheel well out nothing there.
