2009 Subaru Forester XT Cooling fan relays

Hello!

I'm trying to diagnose why my cooling fans aren't turning on.
I turned on the air conditioner and neither fan runs.
I looked for the 2 green diagnostic connectors but couldn't find them.
I checked the fuses for the main and sub and they are ok.
I was told to check the relays. I see the sub relay in the fuse box under the hood, but the main seems to be just a gray plastic piece.
I tried pulling it out, with no success.
Where and what are these relays I need to check\replace.
Does anyone know the specs for these so I can get a replacement?
