Need help 2009 Forester XT.
Issue details: After 5 to 10 miles of driving I'm getting what sort of sounds like a pulsing vacuum leak or dry bearing squeal. It's not very loud. Can't tell right left front or back. It goes away every time the vehicle drops below ten miles per hour. It's most audible while foot is "off" the gas. Giving it gas reduces it's decibel volume by about half. Applying brakes doesn't seem to change it. Putting the car in neutral and revving the motor doesn't change it.

I don't think it's anything motor based because motor RPMs in neutral while coasting has zero change.
Not sure it could be Tranny because coasting and pulling into neutral has no impact. Unless there's a tranny vacuum line issue.
The brakes don't seem to change it. Just disappears below 10 miles per hour.

Wheel bearing? How do I determine since I can't hand spin a wheel over 10 mph?

Thanks everyone

I should add.
123,000 miles.
Transmission and front differential were rebuilt two months ago
