After extensive searching and trying all the suggestions posted. Finally found the area of the irritating squeek. The tire jack that sits in the spare wheel that's cradled by plastic holder, the cradle rubs on the side of the spare tire. Lift out the black styrofoam cradle and put a large old beach towel inside the spare covering the inside edges. Replace the cradle where it sits in the spare and the towel will stop the rubbing causing the squeek.
