My engine seized due to sudden oil loss. I'm at a crossroad. Do I save the car or hang it up?
The transmission was rebuilt a few years ago. The car isn't in great shape but I would like to keep it. Should I just give up? I can''t spend another $3k to get it running with an engine swap. What would you do?

The engine seized. :(

@caffiends Can you turn the crank pulley if you stick a socket and wrench onto the crank pulley? I was going to say bad starter as it also shows up with click/click and usually starts if you tap it with a hammer/screw driver....

If you don't have the $3000 then scrap the car. Whether you do the engine swap vs rebuild it's going to cost you that $3k, unless someone literally gives you a engine and you do the swap.
