yikes. chances are the boot is fried onto the plug.. which means you'll need to get the plug out to get the rest of the boot out.. BUT the boot is covering the valuable portions you need to twist the plug out...
on an engine with easy access, needle nose pliers would have done the trick. but on this limited access H4.. hmmm.. i'll wait for more seasoned guys to answer this one..
this reminds me.. i need to put dielectric grease on my boots! i couldn't find my can of grease so i just said i'll put it on later.
