2005 Forester XS - heated mirros & painting C-pillars?

Hi, I am new to the forum. I have had my 2005 Subaru Forester XS for almost a year now. Lately with the cold weather in my area, my mirrors have had ice on them in the mornings. I was under the assumption that since my car has heated seats and heated wiper blades that my mirrors would be too. Does anyone know why?

Also, I just got the car tinted and with the gray c pillars, it doesn't flow as well. Was wondering if there were ways people have gotten theirs to match the cars body color or if there were certain years that they were painted to match. My car is black btw.
