So I recently changed from a stage 1 to a stage 2 cobb ots map. I have a grimspeed down pipe to a 3" cat back exhaust. With going on my test drive it boosted up to 16psi. When I map says the max is I believe 14.5psi. Just seeing if you guys have any idea what to look at to see about a possible fix? I know there is a small exhaust leak but thats it. All lines to and from turbo and on and not cracked from what I can see.
Total build:
Cobb sf intake with air box
Grimspeed down pipe
3" car back exhaust

Shelf maps can be hit and miss sometimes. You can go onto COBB's website and download a lower wastegate version of your current shelf map. This will help prevent slight overshoots like this.

Only other option is an actual protune.

honestly, 16psi isnt a MAJOR concern if you are doing pulls in cold winter temps, that will come down when the air warms up. These shelf maps will overshoot a little when the temps plunge outside.
