He made it back home now it wont start it turns over but it wont start so I went threw checked for spark all plugs fire I went to fuel I can hear the fuel pump turn on laying under the car. So then we went to cam position sensor. Got a new one put it in still nothing. Im clueless if anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

After a few moments does the fuel pump turn off? Did you pull the spark plugs and examine them?

What tensioner pulley are your referring too?

During an internet search...

Check out this three year old video from, apparently, Australia.

May not be your problem but look from damage caused the failed A/C belt.
