Sadly I'm selling my 2002 Forester L.
This is a Northern California car with no rust.
I have owned this awesome car for the last 13 years, unfortunately it's been sitting mostly now, but driven once or twice a month for 1-2 hours. When I purchased the car from the original owner I did the; head gaskets, rear wheel bearings, belts and seals, as well as cleaned the entire engine inside and out while the heads were at the machine shop. I did all the work myself because my Dad was a tv repair man and he had an awesome set of tools (that I inherited). This rugged "Battle Axe" has been loved and cared for while it was in service, enjoying a regular maintenance schedule of 3k for the oil changes, and transmission & differential fluids bi-annually or depending on mileage. as well as, meticulous tire rotation.

  • New tires in the last 8k miles.

What it probably could use, struts and maybe brake pads. It could also use a good waxing, although I have since polished the headlight lenses since this picture was taken.

$2,900 OBO - Northern California - Bay Area (will drive it half way to you within reason) - Reno and Nevada
