2 set of windshield washer nozzle on 2019 Forester?

Does anyone know the 2019 Forester have 2 set of windshield washer one on the buttom of the windshield , another set is on the wiper, Are they work differerently?

I just checked mine and the washer fluid sprays out of the passenger side wiper arm.
