1999 - Vibrating rattle, hard plastic - upper regions of dash in front of driver?

I doubt my rattle is typical. I suspect a new screen at some stage may have had interior vent plastics removed to do a job fully? Noise does not change if I press down on the various hard plastic trims inside at the base of the windscreen. I have resolved several rattly items of the main panel below the steering column. Rattly clips and switches etc. This one requires a good light and contortionist postures to try viewing the somewhat cavernous under dash/behind cluster region.

Any similar rattles experienced?
