The other day I was reversing off my parking space (arguing with my other half at the time - my excuse) a tiny lapse of concentration and I caught a low wall.:icon_redface:

It rubbed the rear of the front bumper / wheel arch - (the components are scuffed but otherwise intact), however the problem is. The bumper has dropped about quarter of an inch the gap tapers along the side of the car being non existant towards the front. - I do not have enough posts to put up a picture.

The question is can I manouvre the bumper back into place without first removing it and if so do I first have to remove the clips - If I have to remove and replace them how do I do this without a special tool - It appears the end clip has become at least partially dislocated.
