I have a 1998 Subaru Forester that I bought as a project. I realized that the headlights, dash, and rear lights don’t work. The parking switch on top of steering wheel keeps the lights on so I’ve been using that for the brakes at night but the headlights don’t work either way. I have replaced fuses, in both fuse box locations under hood and under the steering wheel. I went to the junkyard and pulled a light switch. The one that controls the blinker. Replaced that part and nothing. I don’t know what I should do now

You might have a ground issue.

Check for corrosion at the fixture grounds, etc.

Its an inexpensive place to look at least... and common when a lot that needs a good ground path, all stops working.
