For Sale 1997 S/tb with 157,000 on the clock which is a mixture of Km’s and miles.
Good bits:
Cat back stainless Powerflow exhaust
16” mk1 Impreza STi wheels refurbished recently in bronze with not a mark on them.
2 new tyres on rear, fronts have a bit of life left in them
Newage Impreza WRX front bucket seats.
Quite clean for age and polishes up well, has a few car park door dents along each side.
New fuel filler neck and fuel filter, new clutch master cylinder, new walbro up-rated fuel pump, new genuine ignition leads with NGK iridium plugs and has a HKS panel filter.
Forge recirc valve
turbosmart boost controller and gauge.
Not so good bits:
Starts and drives and is still being used, but I suspect it has a head gasket leak although doesn’t smoke or get hot. There is also an oil leak possibly from front crank seal.
Clutch is slipping, although I do have an Exedy kit and a new slave cylinder to go with the car.
Noisy rear wheel bearing
I do have some new track rod ends to go with it.
I appreciate there is a bit of work to do, and I've been offered 700 quid with all the new bits. I am hoping for more as these are pretty rare now and there aren't any for sale on ebay at the moment.
