My dash shows my speed when my engine is cold, when the engine has been running for awhile and I stop, my speed cuts out, has anyone has the problem before, and know how to fix it?

Sounds like the speed sensor on the transmission. Mine was doing the same thing. Unless I was at full throttle, the speedo needle would bounce all over the place.

Turns out my stock air intake was pushing down on the wires for it pretty bad. When I installed my new intake, it took the pressure off the harness and fixed it.

I would say check the connection/wires/etc. The sensor should be on the top passenger side of your trans...visible from the engine bay.
