Wife was attempting to close the power rear gate using button on gate, pushed the button and it got “stuck”. Button feels like it’s loose. Anyone else encounter this problem? Power rear gate still closes using fob or inside button.

It looks like the entire button popped out of its holder. Is a dealer close to you? Might as well take advantage of the warranty instead of taking it apart yourself.

Removing that panel is quite easy, and you don’t need to remove it entirely to fix that. There are two screws. They are under covers. On is inside of the pull handle well for the lift gate. The second is on the face. Remove those two and you will be able to pull the label away from the door enough to reseat the button. Replace the screws and you’re set.
