I'm looking at getting new rims and can't decide which size to get. If anyone is running either of these size rims and could post some pics that would be great and any input on what size tire would be good. I do plan on lowering it at the same time so keep that in consideration thanks.

Can anyone give me some input really wanna buy the right thing.
the 17x7 et40 will look nicer than the et48, which will look sunken into the wheel wells a bit more (8mm more :lol
Honestly, either of those should fit problem free with the correct tire size on any Forester.
Just be sure to get the 5x100 bolt pattern.
I have a 17x7½ et48 on my MY02 right now with a 225/55 tire, which doesn't clear on all SF-chassis struts.
