did you run stock mufflers.

i just put one of these on with nameless mufflers. sounds great, im also going to try the sti one i have. but the cars acceleration and torquie feeling seams to have gone away. it still drives well but does not drive the same as the original exhaust. doesn't downshift in the right places anymore, tries to keep down the revs.

any similar experience? i have noticed the change now after 5 day of doing the switch.

I feel what you saying as I just got my FXT installed with STI midpipe/y-pipe and Subispeed axleback muffler deletes. Seems more sluggish acceleration especially automatic. S# mode in shifter mode helps.

Im wondering if a simple throttle relearn will fix or if there is to much exhaust flow.

i have compared the wrx 15-19 vs the forester xt 14-18, the motors are the same. the only partnumber that changes is the exhaust valve springs.

im going to place back to stock to see what happens. as well as check for any weird codes in ecu.

i would never sacrifice performance for sound.

but honestly i never thought this would be a problem.

how is your MPG doing. from what i can tell seems like the engine is burning leaner, do to higher mpg. went from 17 to 19

Negligible on mpg for me. I drive like a grandpa in the FXT since it's the wife's, while I go carving with my GC8 and LGT
