Our 2015 Premium Ti didn't burn any oil that we noticed. We traded it in last year on a 2019 and that too isn't burning any oil that we can notice. OCI for both vehicles was/is 6k miles or 6 months. Subaru oil is synthetic going 10k miles between oil changes is a buyer beware issue.
Looks like you have a oil consumption issue and, as others have said, you should monitor it better than waiting for the low oil light to turn on. The only way to determine if it's covered under the oil consumption warranty from Subaru is to go to a dealer and ask.
