Anyone with 05 & 06 drivig expereince really notice a difference in NVH and souindprofing/stiffness? I wonder how much the stiffer structure makes a difference.

I must be really dumb, so what does NVH, SVX, abbreviation stand for.? Also, I have not heard of any platform changes [stiffness?] soundproofing? Maybe in a LL Bean model.

NVH = noise vibration harshness

SVX = Subaru's first foray into the world of sports cars

They were sold commercially. The window setup was actually quite a good idea

There's still a couple of SVXs running the streets of SF. I see one every morning on Geary st.

Yep, but that photo is actually not a proto but a Japanese model-color,side markers and RHD(but then you'd know about rhd...)

We've had 3 since 1993.

There 's lots of them in our neck of the woods. We've seen about 10 of them within an hour drive. Here's ours, a 94 LS; her name is SViXen and she's Roo's daily driver:

And yeah, the backwards facing wheels have long been fixed! :p

And our pair before we sold the original one. The 1st year, 1992 and the final year, 1997Lsi.

We shouldn't miss that these were designed by none other than Ital design, Giorgetto Giugaro hisself...

I actually saw an SVX the other day that had been converted into a Baja-like pickup! :) I snapped some photos with my cell phone camera, will have to move them to my computer and post them.
