You're missing another one of those green push-clips just below the existing one. Mine would never stay in. Once the seat bolster wears, it pushes down and out every time you sit down and the clips pop out. I ended up drilling a small hole where your existing green clip is and mounted it with a small allen key screw and nut on the back. Holds great now.

Thank you, that's very helpful. No point in tracking down more clips if I'm just going to break them (I assumed it was 9 years of carelessness, but if it's somewhat unavoidable I'll worry less).

I guess the other green clip would normally be where I marked in this photo?

do I need to worry about that?

I can drill a couple of holes, do you have specs on what would be good nuts and bolts (and locking washers?) to get for the front anyway?

You're correct about the location of the other green clip. They just slid in.

The back part confuses me. I'm not sure if mine is also broken or if it just kind of slide down on the metal. There is a single screw that holds it to thee back of the seat. I removed this screw, unplugged the wiring, and removed it in order to drill it. I drill it in the center of your existing green clip because there is a hole on the seat bracket that corresponds.

As for the size of the bolt and nut... I just used one that I had laying around. You really want a lock nut (the ones that have bite on it) because it's really hard to get access to the nut once the panel is back on. The lock nut will grab and let you just tighten from the outside.
