04 FXT - Need some help. Where can I find this part?
Hey guys, I'm about to pick up an aftermarket catback for my new Fozzy, but there's a problem. I currently have an STi catback and a trailer hitch that I want to remove. Whoever installed the STi catback along with the trailer hitch removed a certain bracket that is needed to mount exhausts without the hitch. I need that bracket in order to use the hanger that's attached to the left side of the muffler.
The bracket I need is in the middle of the first attached image, a screenshot from a youtube video.
The other attached images show my current "custom" setup. The left side rubber hanger is wedged between the bottom lip of the trailer hitch and its other broken half, which is attached to a stud that's welded to the hitch. As far as the other two hangers not pictured, the right muffler one is attached normally, and the one just behind the axel isn't being used.
When I remove the hitch I will not have anywhere to hang the muffler on the left side.
Any suggestions on how I should go about this? Do they sell these things or do I have to make my own?

Should be number 17 on this parts diagram:

Should be less than $10 new. They are the same part number for the 93-07 Impreza and 98-08 Forester so you might be able to snatch one off of one of those if you have a salvage yard nearby.
If you need the bolt (#12 on the diagram) it's p/n is 901120047.
