Hi there, I have a 2002 forester s that I want to upgrade the front end on.
I like the look of the following years front end and think it would look slick with my tailgate.
I can’t find anything on the subject but I would assume a JDM swap is the way to go?

I’m not very well versed on this type of stuff so if anyone can offer me some info, TIA!!

If you are asking will a 2003 front end fit a 2002 body the basic answer is no. They are 2 different bodies. Now can you spend a lot of cash to modify the 2003 front end to fit it? Anything you throw enough money at is possible. Outside of this a 1998 to 2000 will work provided you get the hood, fenders, lights, grille and radiator core support it will fit.

This applies to the North American models. Asia & Europe are off by a year (1997 to 1999, 2000 to 2001)
