purchase price

Hey all, New guy here. I have a dealer offering me the 2021 Forest Sport with HK audio upgrade, power gate, et al for $28,959 vs. MSRP of $33,153 (invoice $30,500). We are looking at either finance or lease, but what are your thoughts about the price?
