    so, i have a Subaru Forester S, and i have always beat the crap out of it, drift it, go max speed, ect. and i always noticed that the car boggs down at 110, like it stops and goes back, and i just slow down cause i dont wanna break the car lol. is there a way to remove the speed limiter / Governor?
