Bought the car in 2014 with blown engine/auto trans. Pulled out the EJ25D, 4EAT, and all the wiring, and tossed in an EJ222, 3.90 5MT, and all Phase II wiring. Crashed it at Watkins Glen. Rebuilt it. Lowered it. Now I drive the slowest '98 Forester in existence.
