Sorry I missed your message. I have a DIY/ pictures posted for the eco hitch in the towing and hauling forum area ... 2019 eco hitch install. others in the section have the curt plug and play install... it plugs into a connector in the trunk back wheel well, under the trim plastic coming in from the left (its taped up)

Dealership is Heritage Subaru in Owings Mill, MD. Saleswoman is Pamela Steinmetz 866-698-9296. She told me she price matches since I had done business with her before. Ended up going back to her due to great experience with her in the past and finance department wasn't hard to deal with and was able to reject their offers quickly without them being pushy.

I also dealt with Amanda Sisk from Ourisman Subaru Waldorf, (301) 843-1234 ext 2007. It took a while to get them to actually give a price over email, but eventually I was able to talk her down from her original pricing letting her know she had highest price and I was looking to do business if the price was right.

There is no contract. Just, typically, a piece of paper that states what you are buying and your deposit dollars. I always put my deposits on a credit card. Just write on the paper before you sign it "100% Fully Refundable". It is federal law that that they can't keep your deposit anyway but some dealers like to play games since most folks don't know the law.
